      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale customer implementations involving multiple healthcare technology products
      - Serve as the primary customer liaison, facilitating steering committee meetings and executive briefings
      - Oversee multiple projects, ensuring adherence to implementation methodologies and best practices
      - Monitor program health, identify at-risk deliverables, and implement corrective actions
      - Utilize project management tools to track progress and prepare executive dashboards and program status reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a related field
      - 5 or more years of experience leading complex, billable, software delivery-based projects to external clients
      - Strong understanding of software development processes, including agile methodologies such as SCRUM/Kanban
      - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
      - Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Healthcare MBA or relevant advanced degree
      - Experience with healthcare technology products, specifically HealthRules Payer and GuidingCare
      - Background in management consulting or professional services
      - Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification
