      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own first-year partner relationships and ensure full implementation of growth programs
      - Drive adoption of operational strategies to enhance compliance, client engagement, and practice performance
      - Lead the rollout of new growth programs across established partners in collaboration with Account Managers
      - Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives consistently and at scale
      - Monitor performance metrics and refine programs to maximize impact

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or practice management, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare environment
      - Proven success in managing operational initiatives and delivering measurable growth outcomes
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple programs under tight timelines
      - Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in veterinary medicine or adjacent industries is strongly preferred
      - Highly organized with a proactive approach toward action and measurable results
      - Adaptability and capability to thrive in a dynamic environment
      - Proven ability to build trust and foster collaboration across internal teams and external partners
