What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure all contract commitments, milestones, and deliverables are met while aligning with the program's vision
- Foster strong relationships with government partners and maintain situational awareness at the agency level
- Proactively identify and resolve risks in collaboration with the delivery team and stakeholders
- Manage contracts and finances within your portfolio, coordinating necessary modifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance delivery and address challenges effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with custom software or cloud infrastructure programs/projects
- Proven experience working with or for government agencies
- Experience managing complex projects with significant milestones and dependencies
- Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Program management experience within the government sector
- Experience launching high-visibility production systems
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence
- Track record of implementing agile transformation in project management
- Experience managing projects that support ongoing feature development
