      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the successful delivery of complex programs supporting digital modernization and transformation across the federal landscape
      - Manage program execution from start to finish, including defining strategy, coordinating delivery, and managing budgets
      - Ensure alignment with mission goals, compliance standards, and delivery timelines while driving performance against key objectives
      - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams toward impactful outcomes
      - Maintain strong client relationships and anticipate challenges to ensure delivery excellence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management leading digital delivery teams in an agile environment
      - Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and their application at scale
      - Proven success in managing cross-functional teams through the software development lifecycle
      - Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to build trust and alignment at all levels
      - Bachelor’s degree

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certification
      - Familiarity with federal IT environments, including compliance and reporting standards
      - Knowledge of user-centered design, cloud, and digital transformation best practices
