- Fly the AJ or A-4N or F-16 (as per qualifications and type under contract) in support of RNLAF missions.
- Accountable for the Profit and Loss of the program
- Accountable for delivery of service, team composition and performance; and customer satisfaction
- Primary point of contact for Top Aces Netherlands and Top Aces Inc. for any requests from the prime contractor or RNLAF/MOD.
- Complete understanding of the Netherlands Contract, SOW, and Annexes
- Attend bi-monthly planning meetings with RNLAF to represent Top Aces at such meeting. Responsible to resolve any deficiencies identified.
- Continuously analyze the program performance, propose and execute changes required to maintain and grow performance.
- Ensure flight operations are conducted in a safe, effective and COM compliant manner. Including:
- supervision of Flight Ops, ensuring schedule is optimized and compliant with flight and duty time regulations;
- oversight of Ops co-ord functions to ensure operational readiness (e.g. det manning, a/c & equipment scheduling, load control);
- manage qualifications of Ops Coord personnel;
- manage sortie reporting and fuel delivery to facilitate billing;
- Shape and manage RNLAF F35 security requirements with customer to ensure all employees can deliver the requested level of service
- In conjunction with the Director of Maintenance, Base Lead (or Maintenance Manager)
- supervision of the Netherlands MOB facilities and technicians;
- oversight of Maintenance functions to ensure the Netherlands fleet readiness;
- supervision of EHS Coordinator and accountable for EHS compliance across program activities;
- liaison with Technical Services to ensure timely and efficient support to Program
- In conjunction with Lead Pilots and D/CP Netherlands,
- supervision of pilots;
- ensure adherence to Top Aces and Netherlands flying regulations / standards;
- manage qualifications of pilots;
- maintain a current operations library;
- Support Flight Safety and Quality Management Systems;
- Participate in activities associated with winning future contracts
- Support BD team, especially related to Dutch growth opportunities
- Ensure program scope is maximized and look for future opportunities
- Tasks and responsibilities as per Company Operations Manual (COM)
- Cooperate with HQ Top Aces in Canada and cross-company functions HR, Finance, Operations, BD. and other programs to ensure balanced coordination of leadership (Program vs. Functional Leadership and Reporting)
- Engineering or Business Degree preferable or 15 years of comparable experience.
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience with military flight and maintenance operations either as an Engineer or flight crew;
- Minimum of (5) years of Operational supervisor experience in RNLAF in aviation related positions (or comparable)
- Minimum three (3) years of experience as a program/project manager within the last 10 years;
- Knowledge of Program Management, Supervision of Flight Operations and Aircraft Maintenance.
- Knowledge of DMO contractual requirements and associated regulations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communicator who disseminates and obtains information with discretion, professionalism and diplomacy.
- Demonstrates strong and visible support of our values.
- Proven leadership skills in building and managing large teams.
- Strong judgment, organizational, decision making, project management and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Fluent in Dutch and English on Business level

- Establishing, supporting, and consulting with Occupational Health and Safety committees and Workplace Occupational Health and Safety representatives on all matters to improve workplace Occupational Health and Safety including regular safety inspections of the workplace

Program Manager Netherlands
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Program Manager is responsible to oversee all aspects of the Netherlands program. As the person accountable for this program, they will act as TAI customer facing agent and primary liaison with business partners, collaborate in leadership of all activities related to the program stand up, the Contract scope and will hold the authority to develop and implement specific courses of action for the program to be successful and profitable.
