      Webasto is seeking highly motivated candidates that take pride in their work and strive to be the best to join our team as a Program Manager at our facility in New Hudson, MI.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Planning and implementation of series project activities
      • Preparation of the serial project status
      • Presenting and representation of the project internally and towards customers
      • Change management
      • Resource planning
      • Meet standard processes, methods and tools of project management
      • Functional leadership of the cross-functional development project teams

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      • 5 years of experience in program/project management
      • 3 years of leadership experience
      • Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
      • Advanced economic and technical knowledge
      • Excellent knowledge of relevant SAP modules, PM Tools, PEP
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Intercultural competencies
