Job Description
- Req#: 115286
- Develop and manage budgets in collaboration with finance partners.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans to address challenges.
- Deliver key project milestones that align with short- and long-term objectives.
- Lead the implementation of large-scale initiatives that support the organization’s strategic goals.
- Ensure all projects comply with regulations and internal policies.
- Partner with other departments to coordinate program requirements and deployment plans.
- Maintain up-to-date and compliant documentation.
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Leadership in healthcare, project management, or process improvement.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with project management software.
- Preferred:
- Project Management Certification.
- Non-profit healthcare agency experience.

Cascadia Health is seeking a Program Manager for our Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will drive and govern strategic projects and programs, ensuring they deliver value to clients, stakeholders, and our internal teams. A key part of this role involves leading the SHIFT project, which is expected to span at least three years. The Program Manager will collaborate with senior leaders, technology teams, and other stakeholders to align efforts and deliver successful outcomes.
