What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Business Unit leadership to define program scope and align with strategic product development goals
- Lead the creation and management of comprehensive program schedules and analyze critical paths and interdependencies
- Develop and oversee program budgets, ensuring cost optimization and adherence through tracking and variance analysis
- Coach and mentor PMO and Project team members on project management best practices
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive Risk Management Plan to identify and mitigate program-level risks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 8 years of medical device experience in the full New Product Development lifecycle
- Proven experience in project strategy development, budget management, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong skills in managing successful product launches
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive plans for stakeholder engagement and communication

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or PgMP or equivalent
