      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Enhance the Project Management Office, designing the framework for effective project delivery and governance, including relevant processes, policies, and tools
      - Develop and maintain effective project management methodologies to drive successful project delivery and ensure consistency across all projects
      - Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines, while identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
      - Take ownership of the project portfolio, prioritizing projects based on business objectives and resource availability
      - Partner with teams across the organization and multiple programs to source, allocate, and coordinate resources by driving critical prioritization discussions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. PMP certification or equivalent an asset
      - Minimum of 8+ years in project management, with at least 4 years of experience in a mentor or leadership role
      - In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
      - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
      - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
      - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
      - Experience using data and insights to develop targeted programmatic efforts to address problems and opportunities
      - Self-starter, intellectually curious and resourceful when faced with limited options
      - Experience acting independently across competing priorities
