      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the presentation, offerings, and in-store experience for the employer's brick-and-mortar store in Redmond, WA
      - Coordinate projects, developing detailed plans to achieve goals and oversee the integration of technical activities
      - Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility
      - Confer with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss project specifications and procedures
      - Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-4 years of Program Management or Operations experience
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
      - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation
      - Experience in inventory management and a strong understanding of production processes and quality control
      - Proficiency in computer software, including Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong background in retail and in-store experiences
      - Familiarity with techniques for maximizing effective manufacturing and distribution of goods
