- Lead end-to-end program management for functional enhancement initiatives across multiple workstreams.
- Partner closely with architects, scrum masters, and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and drive project execution.
- Maintain an up-to-date project plan, ensuring milestones, risks, and dependencies are clearly communicated.
- Translate business objectives into actionable plans, aligning IT deliverables with organizational goals.
- Drive operational excellence across order management, fulfillment, and business operations initiatives.
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and reports that articulate program status, business impact, and value delivered.
- Industry experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing environments.
- 8+ years of experience in Portfolio and Program Management, leading large-scale business or IT transformation programs.
- Strong background in Order Management (Order to Delivery, Order to Cash) and Fulfillment processes.
- Proven ability to manage complex programs involving cross-functional global teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and analytical skills.
- Ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders, maintaining a balanced, functional perspective.
- PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Proficiency with program management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Monday.com.
- Self-starter with a go-getter attitude, capable of managing ambiguity and driving results with minimal oversight.
- Strong storytelling ability to translate business needs and value drivers into concise executive summaries and presentations.
