      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead multiple high-impact programs that align with organizational goals and support key business outcomes
      - Coordinate scope, timelines, budgets, and interdependencies across initiatives for seamless execution
      - Partner with business and functional leaders to ensure program alignment with company objectives
      - Embed Agile principles to foster a culture of adaptability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
      - Anticipate risks, develop mitigation plans, and keep stakeholders engaged and informed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 8–10 years of related program or project management experience with proven success in leading complex initiatives
      - Prior product management experience in an Agile environment
      - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence)
      - Working knowledge of SharePoint and collaboration tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree or professional certification preferred
      - PMP certification desirable
      - Project management experience or formal training strongly preferred
      - Experience in environments where leaders wear multiple hats, particularly in evolving organizations
