      Summary: Parachute Home is looking for a Program Manager, Returns to join our Global Fulfillment & Distribution team. This role will be the single threaded owner of all Parachute Home returns programs inclusive but not limited to: daily operations, cost, continuous improvement, strategy and partnership management. This role will report directly to the VP, Fulfillment & Distribution and will work with a broad range of cross-functional partners to maintain a best in class returns program.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Manage all aspects of the global returns programs including: daily return operations (receiving, processes, sorting, recycle, etc.), KPI and P&L reporting, volume forecasting, tech roadmap to improve operations, and partnership management.
      • Develop a forward looking returns strategy that balances providing an exceptional customer experience and the company’s goals around sustainability.
      • Work cross functionally to evaluate, change, and implement a revised global rework standard that works for both consumer and retail returns while meeting company goals.
      • Develop and maintain reporting that provides the business with clear visibility to business critical KPIs with an emphasis on cost and program performance.
      • Provide written weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews to leadership on program performance.
      • Work with cross functional teams to develop standards for return goods disposition and to ensure returned inventory is proceed within 48 hours of receipt.
      • Cultivate relationships with service providers to facilitate a continuous improvement environment within their operations.
      • Evaluate current systems and identify where operational inefficiencies are generating tech debt. Develop and present a cost benefit analysis for changes needed.

      Who You Are:

      • 5+ years experience in warehouse operations
      • 3+ years experience as a Program Manager
      • 3+ years experience working for Omni-Channel consumer products companies
      • Proven ability to develop and use big data to develop KPIs and facilitate conversations with leadership to gain directional alignment
      • Experience working with BI tools and analytics software (preferably Looker)
      • Experience managing high visibility multi phased programs with various stakeholders (both internal and external) with phased deadlines
      • Experience with rework, repair, value added services, and repacking activities for consumer products / electronics
      • Ability to evaluate, measure, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive cost reductions within the customer supply chain processes
      • Strong attention to detail with effective prioritization and organization skills
      • Excellent Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)

      Parachute takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

      The estimated pay range for this role is $95,000 - $100,000 + Bonus Eligibility
