      Project Overview

      The Cloud Marketing Strategy & Operations organization is a global team that partners across Cloud Marketing to drive strategic direction and operational excellence. This team advises the CMO and senior leadership, supports cross-functional marketing teams, and leads initiatives that enhance efficiency and impact.

      Within this organization, the Business Services team plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing procurement processes to support regional and global marketing operations.

      Position Summary

      The Business Services Program Manager will lead strategic planning and operational execution for the global Business Services function. This includes overseeing budget allocation, capacity planning, and supporting the management of a 20-member vendor team. The role also focuses on enhancing procurement processes through governance improvements, process optimization, and systems development.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Coordinate and optimize workflows for a global team of 20 vendor workers, identifying and resolving escalations, issues, and bottlenecks.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Budget Management, Finance, Buying Hub, Launchpoint, Risk & Compliance, and Deal Desk to ensure full quarterly budget utilization and resolve procurement-related blockers.
      • Document, refine, and enforce procurement processes, policies, and governance frameworks; lead enhancements to systems and tools supporting procurement workflows.

      Required Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree
      • 8+ years of experience in Finance, Management Consulting, or related fields
      • Deep understanding of procurement and compliance processes (e.g., purchase orders, invoice reconciliation)
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills
      • Proven ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives
      • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and business judgment skills
      • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
      • Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Master's degree
      • Experience managing vendor relationships
      • Background in marketing or familiarity with marketing operations
      • Collaborative mindset with a passion for process optimization and continuous improvement
