What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain centralized visibility of all ongoing AI feature rollouts and dependencies across teams using Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards
- Coordinate weekly shiproom meetings and bi-weekly product reviews as the single point of contact for leadership regarding release schedules
- Own and maintain a comprehensive release tracker documenting feature availability and rollout schedules
- Provide comprehensive reporting on release status to leadership and cross-functional teams, documenting decisions and action items
- Proactively identify and manage risks to release success, driving mitigation plans to protect project scope and timelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7+ years of experience in project tracking, particularly in feature rollout tracking and release management
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Program/Product Management for AI tools
- Proven ability to drive process improvement initiatives with scalable solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools including Azure DevOps and MS Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- PMI or PMP certification
- Previous experience working on AI products or large-scale enterprise software releases
- Experience with DevOps methodologies and Continuous Delivery practices
- Track record of establishing and maintaining release management frameworks in fast-paced environments
