What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive execution of cross-functional programs aligned with the employer's strategic initiatives
- Maintain clear program plans, timelines, and success metrics for multiple concurrent initiatives
- Serve as the main point of accountability for assigned programs, ensuring effective communication and coordination
- Identify and escalate risks, tradeoffs, and delivery challenges while recommending actionable solutions
- Establish a single source of truth for program status and artifacts to enhance visibility and reduce friction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience leading and delivering complex, cross-functional programs or projects
- Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proven capability to operate autonomously and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma coursework or certification is a plus
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
