What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate and manage relationships with Tribal Health organizations and large customer accounts
- Develop and execute targeted strategies for customer adoption and engagement
- Act as the primary point of escalation for strategic customer and partner issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and enhance product offerings
- Generate data-driven impact reports to articulate CareMessage’s value to partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Partner Management in health tech, SaaS, or healthcare
- Direct experience working with Tribal Health organizations and navigating complex healthcare networks
- Strong technical knowledge of EHRs or health system technology solutions
- Proven ability to manage strategic customer accounts while driving outcomes
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with payer, CIN, PCA, HCCN, and Tribal Health dynamics
- Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, and lifecycle reporting tools
- Ability to leverage data for decision-making and customer storytelling
