Lead and manage all aspects of the LR VISION Grant program
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring strategic alignment
Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across project phases
Identify and manage risks, troubleshooting challenges as they arise
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as liaison to stakeholders
Oversee administrative and clerical functions to ensure smooth operations
Manage and update project management tools and program websites
Support reporting, documentation, and workflow optimization
Uphold confidentiality and promote a diverse and inclusive work environment
