      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage proactive change communications for Microsoft 365 services via the Microsoft 365 Message Center
      - Collaborate with Engineering and Program Management teams to gather details and publish timely change notifications
      - Create, review, and update customer-facing technical content for feature rollouts and product updates
      - Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth content development and delivery
      - Communicate clearly and professionally across Teams, email, and virtual calls to align on message accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 2-4 years of overall experience in the field
      - Minimum 2 years’ experience with Microsoft 365 products
      - Minimum 2 years’ experience with technical writing
      - Minimum 2 years’ experience with project management
      - Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

      - Strong skills in content creation and relationship management
      - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously
      - Experience in fast-paced environments with a focus on customer impact
