What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the employer's main social media accounts, including posting, scheduling, and responding to comments
- Develop and implement a strategic social media and content plan to engage audiences
- Write and edit content that highlights the employer's impact, including client stories and program updates
- Produce engaging short-form video content for social media and other channels
- Collaborate on ongoing website updates and new content to keep messaging fresh and relevant
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience creating and executing content marketing strategies to support organizational goals
- Success in managing social media platforms using organic and paid campaigns
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to engage digital audiences
- Proficiency with social media management tools, Canva, and basic video editing software
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and email marketing platforms
- Ability to interpret key marketing data and analytics
