What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Track programmatic information and documentation in knowledge management systems, including Google Drive and Salesforce
- Organize and curate multimedia content for the Blue Resilience Initiative
- Manage monitoring and evaluation systems, including data collection and analysis
- Assist in organizing workflows, budgets, and supporting documents for grant proposals
- Support the management of contractors and grantees, ensuring compliance with agreements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or nonprofit administration, operations management, computer science, or financial management
- Minimum of three years of work experience in a related field or equivalent education
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite; experience with Salesforce and Asana is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage detail-oriented work and meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with ocean science or ocean science organizations
- Experience in fundraising support and managing programmatic activities
