      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop program and project level WBS, aligning with Project Hierarchies, OBS, and RAM
      - Lead and oversee the EAC process and reviews with program teams
      - Manage the Baseline Management process, including Undistributed Budget, Risk Reserve, and Change Management
      - Establish an EAC governance process in coordination with risk and compliance functions
      - Provide analysis and support for financial planning and analysis needs, including business plans, forecasts, and FPRP
      - Develop financial reviews, status updates, and performance metrics for leadership review
      - Establish, monitor, and integrate project elements
      - Identify, track, and mitigate program risk, issues, and opportunities
      - Perform variance analysis of project performance metrics and track milestone billing forecasts and schedules

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other business field
      - 10+ years of defense or government program or financial management experience
      - 5+ years of team management experience
      - Program planning and control system experience
      - U.S. Government contracting experience
      - SAP ERP experience
      - Understanding of project accounting and Estimate at Completion requirements
      - Strong financial acumen and leadership skills
      - Exceptional organizational and talent management abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Earned Value Management knowledge
      - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience
      - Knowledge of MIL-STD-881
      - Knowledge of EVMS EIA-748
      - Knowledge of the DoD Risk, Issue, and Opportunity Management Guide for Defense Acquisition Programs
