What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide senior-level leadership and oversight for execution of the SCAMPI System of Systems (SoS) support contract
- Manage contract performance, including cost, schedule, scope, risk, and resource management
- Serve as the primary contractor representative and trusted advisor to the Government Project Manager and COR
- Direct and integrate teams and subcontractors in various fields such as engineering, logistics, and cybersecurity
- Establish and maintain program plans, performance metrics, and governance processes to ensure mission success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in any technical or managerial discipline
- Fifteen (15) years of professional experience in program/project management
- Current active TS/SCI Clearance
- Valid state Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
- U.S. Citizenship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience in AV Management in government contracting
