      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement adult drunk driving and underage drinking prevention programs at state and local levels
      - Organize training sessions, orientation meetings, and workshops for community engagement
      - Recruit, train, and support volunteers for program facilitation
      - Coordinate logistics for events and ensure brand consistency in volunteer engagement
      - Maintain tracking and reporting on program performance and financials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Services or equivalent experience
      - 1-2 years of experience in community awareness, education, or youth programs related to community health
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry into online systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with program or grant administration
      - Demonstrated ability in outreach, community engagement, and fundraising
      - Strong commitment to maintaining workplace confidentiality and ethical standards
