      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee daily operations of the Pioneer Historic Site and manage guest experience staff
      - Build and maintain community partnerships and identify programming for agency growth
      - Serve as a liaison to local advisory groups and address customer concerns professionally
      - Manage earned revenue generation and coordinate promotional events to increase visitation
      - Supervise staff and volunteers, ensuring a welcoming guest experience at agency museums

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have or be able to obtain an Arizona Driver's License
      - Knowledge of American Alliance of Museums standards and best practices
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to coordinate multiple complex tasks and manage projects to completion
      - Experience in establishing effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Degree in business, historic preservation, history, or museum administration
      - Knowledge of local history, issues, and politics
      - Experience in personnel management and customer service excellence
      - Familiarity with visitor services and audience evaluation practices
