      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the daily operations of multiple concurrent grants management projects for federal clients
      - Prepare and track grants through the review and funding process
      - Communicate with federal and contractor grant staff to support timely reviews and awards
      - Monitor fiscal performance of grantees, including drawdowns and expenditures
      - Conduct performance analysis and program assessments, preparing reports for various stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of specialized experience in early childhood education or related fields
      - At least 1 year of programmatic oversight experience for federally funded programs
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based data management software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of the Head Start Program and applicable grant systems
      - Experience developing project process documentation and quality control procedures
      - Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and produce high-quality written products
