      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the implementation of outreach programs, policies, and procedures while overseeing day-to-day activities for program staff and volunteers
      - Develop and evaluate curriculum and outreach programs, providing recommendations for improvement
      - Research, develop, and facilitate outreach program content and materials
      - Schedule and secure resources, communicating logistics to support outreach initiatives
      - Identify and maintain external partnerships to enhance outreach efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in supporting external business and/or government relationships through consistent communication
      - Experience working within a sales environment
      - Demonstrated success in launching and maintaining collaborations and partnerships
      - High level of computer proficiency, including database, spreadsheet, web conference, presentation, and word processing software
      - A valid Wisconsin driver’s license and a working vehicle for travel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - Three years of professional experience in a relevant field
      - Experience in organizational development and/or project management
