      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and design events for underage drinking and drunk driving prevention programs to achieve established goals
      - Manage logistics and implementation of prevention programs at the state and local level
      - Organize and facilitate orientation meetings, training sessions, and presentations for parents and students
      - Recruit and train volunteers, providing ongoing support and motivation
      - Maintain data tracking and reporting for program outcomes and grant compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Human Services or equivalent experience
      - 1-2 years of experience in community awareness, education, and youth programs related to community health
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with program or grant administration
      - Familiarity with data entry into online systems
      - Strong customer service orientation
      - Ability to maintain workplace confidentiality and professionalism
