What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and design events to achieve program goals and objectives in collaboration with community agencies
- Manage implementation and logistics of prevention programs and facilitate training at the State and Local level
- Organize and host various meetings and workshops for parents and students
- Source and recruit volunteers, providing training and support as needed
- Maintain tracking and data collection of program results and financial reports for evaluation and improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Services or equivalent experience
- One to two years of experience in community awareness, education, and youth programs related to community health
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a strong command of the English language
- Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and experience with online data entry systems

- Previous experience with program or grant administration
- Ability to maintain workplace confidentiality and demonstrate accountability
- Strong work ethic with a high activity level and customer service orientation
