      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Bereavement Services, Volunteer, and Complementary Therapy Programs under the direction of the Grief Support Services Manager
      - Assist in the coordination of services for individuals experiencing grief and loss
      - Conduct occasional visits to additional office or professional settings within the hospice coverage area
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and support for clients
      - Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to grief support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Minimum of 1 year exposure to the care of those experiencing grief and loss
      - Strong interpersonal communication skills
      - Ability to develop and facilitate group processes
      - Committed to providing compassionate support to individuals in need

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Coursework or training in Social Work, Counseling, or related Human Services, specifically focused on End-of-Life care
      - 1 year of experience in interpersonal communications and group facilitation
