What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set up and clean up classrooms and meal stations for Monday evening programming
- Organize and take inventory of meal and classroom materials
- Scan, save, and organize electronic files
- Label and organize photos
- Provide various programmatic support as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Evening availability on Mondays from 3 PM to 8 PM
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-directed and a team player
- Interest in promoting the mission of the employer
- Access to a vehicle (not required but preferred)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in educational or community service settings
- Familiarity with inventory management and organizational systems
- Basic skills in website updates and digital file management
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with diverse populations
