- Significant Experience of Health Care Regulation and Patient Safety Assessment
- Demonstration of providing structured improvement based on service quality assessment within MH and LD
- Recognised qualification or equivalent experience in project management and delivery.
- Experience of working for a Healthcare Regulator (HSE, CQC etc.)
- Experience on Delivering Least Restrictive Practice Programmes

A new Mental Health, Learning Disability and Autism Inpatient Quality Transformation Programme was established in 2022 to support cultural change and a new bold, reimagined model of care for the future across all NHS-funded mental health, learning disability and autism inpatient settings.
All mental health, learning disability and autism inpatient services for children and young people, adults and older adults are in scope of this programme, including specialised inpatient services.

Main duties of the job
The successful post holder will lead the Trust response to NHS England's Mental Health, Learning Disability and autism inpatient quality transformation programme and ensure continued improvement and compliance with least restrictive practice principles.
