What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support in planning, designing, installing, testing, and implementing systems and software
- Oversee administration, monitoring, and maintenance of software infrastructures and applications
- Serve as project leader for information system projects, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
- Design, develop, test, and implement programming solutions based on available resources
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree and one year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license or evidence of equivalent mobility
- Considerable knowledge of personal computers and productivity software including Microsoft Office
- Skilled in analyzing, designing, programming, and supporting computer programs and information systems
- Basic knowledge of the court system, its functions, and administrative policies and procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with programming languages currently in use within the court system
- Familiarity with Tyler's Odyssey Case Management System Development Tools
- Prior experience in project management or leading information system-related projects
- Knowledge of database management applications
- Experience with writing reports or queries to extract data for reports
