      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide logistical support to programs, including scheduling meetings and tracking program outcomes
      - Compile and analyze data to prepare reports, presentations, and other program materials
      - Document and report on major project initiatives and key performance indicators
      - Assist in improving workflows and service delivery models for workforce programs
      - Coordinate with partners to collect and upload data for state and federal reporting requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, human services, or a directly related field
      - One year of related experience, which may include internship experience
      - Knowledge of economic development or workforce development issues and policy solutions
      - Strong collaboration and partnership development skills with internal and external partners
      - Proficiency in database technology and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in researching and analyzing data related to workforce development
      - Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods and analysis
      - Strong time management and organizational skills
      - Excellent written, verbal, and research skills
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
