What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as Scrum Master for various software development projects
- Oversee the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for Embedded or Applications Software
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project delivery
- Mentor team members on Agile best practices and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in software development and Agile methodologies
- Prior experience as a Software Developer or Software Engineer
- Proven track record as a Technical Senior Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Relevant SAFe certifications, including Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe® 6 SPC Certification
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced software development environment
- Additional SAFe certifications beyond those listed
- Familiarity with various Agile tools and methodologies
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
