- Provides administrative support to one or more corporate programs, typically consisting of
- multiple programs or sub-programs.
- Assists programs that meet the needs of the organization or its employees or customers.
- Promotes the program throughout the organization and assists with tracking utilization.
- Ensures that activities are in compliance with organizational policies and any relevant
- external regulations.
- Compiles statistics for reports and updates to management or other stakeholders.
- Acts as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Required Education: High School Diploma/GED and 7-8 years experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevent Education & Experience
- Preferred Education: Associate's Degree
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Oral and written communication skills. Ability to build collaborative relationships. Detail oriented. Ability to meet deadlines. Project management skills.
- Critical Professional Related Technical Skills; Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

This individual will be required to Plan, monitor and manage internal programs from initiation through completion. Lead or coordinates programs, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, troubleshooting and indirect people management. Monitor performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
