      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist project managers in coordinating hospitality renovation and capital projects
      - Maintain and update project schedules and manage project folders for consistency
      - Prepare, issue, and review RFP packages for various project consultants
      - Oversee project contract administration, including issuing contracts and tracking open contracts
      - Maintain and update project budgets, track forecasts against budgets, and prepare financial summaries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, real estate, finance, or a related field
      - 1–3 years of experience in construction, design, real estate development, project management, or a related analytical role
      - Strong analytical and financial skills with attention to detail
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with project management software preferred
      - Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with hospitality, renovation, or owner-side project management
      - Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
      - Familiarity with project management or cost-tracking software
