      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the administration, implementation, and verification of federally funded energy efficiency projects
      - Develop reporting that aligns with U.S. Department of Energy requirements to enhance operations
      - Create and streamline processes to improve output quality and efficiency
      - Conduct quality assurance and control of program processes, offering improvements as needed
      - Assist in resolving program operation and management issues while supporting contract management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent work experience
      - 4+ years of program/project management experience related to energy program management
      - Strong analytical skills to identify complex problems and develop viable solutions
      - Self-starter with the ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office software and strong communication and collaboration skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in energy savings modeling and familiarity with residential weatherization best practices
      - BPI Certification or similar credentials
      - 2+ years of experience in the energy efficiency industry
      - Knowledge of residential energy efficiency technologies and their impact on utility consumption
      - Experience with project management and analytics software solutions
