      Job Description

      The Project Analyst will be a critical role by providing support to our Payor Partnerships Team, to provide flawless support and execution of projects and programs. You will be trusted to own a variety of projects and drive process improvement with a focus on our core values of Getting Stuff Done, Innovation and Building Relationships.

      We are looking for someone who will demonstrate a track record of building meaningful relationships as well as superior project management skills. We need to be able to depend on you to get the job done, deliver on time, and to make sure the quality of our work is unmatched. Being highly organized and attentive to details and deadlines is a must, along with curiosity and innovation as our team always wants to know how we can do things better or do things we haven't done before.

      How you can make a difference:
      • Work closely with the leadership team to manage project timelines and identify key takeaways from leadership meetings
      • Develop project plans for key initiatives including key milestones, communication timing and delivery methods, and measures of success
      • Transform complex data and project updates into clear, visually compelling PowerPoint decks
      • Collaborate with teams to conceptualize and structure content, providing strategic input on how to best visualize information and tell a cohesive story through data
      • Coordinate with cross-functional partners throughout the organization to ensure delivery of projects
      • Create, implement, organize and maintain process documentation including agendas, process flows, project plans, templates, etc.
      • Serve as liaison with market team members and Market Leadership team regarding critical initiatives as well as strategic and tactical planning.
      • Identify areas of process improvement, efficiencies, and generate new, innovative ideas to help the team function at its highest capacity
      • Providing status reports regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership


      Skills for success:
      • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and deliver quality outcomes while effectively managing multiple competing priorities
      • Strong communication skills with a focus on consistent and timely follow-up and follow-through
      • Accelerated working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet or similar tools
      • A desire to be accountable for owning problems from design to implementation
      • You have an unparalleled sense of urgency and commitment to getting stuff done without sacrificing quality or experience
      • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple competing priorities while continuing to advance critical initiatives
      • Able to work constructively under stress and pressure and perform tasks efficiently
      • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
      • Ability to embrace workload flexibility to meet the fluctuating demands of the business

      Experience to drive change:
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, degree in Healthcare or Business preferred
      • 3+ years of experience in project management or coordination, planning, and leading strategic initiatives
      • Exceptional organization and time management skills
      • Positive attitude, good judgment, and strong work ethic
      • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills
      • Demonstrate a high level of executive presence
      • Strong computer skills. Proficiency and speed working in all Microsoft Office products.
      • Strong organizational skills, including time management and documentation
      • Proven relationship management skills including a customer service orientation
      • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail

      This is an exempt position. The base compensation range for this role is $74,600-$93,400. At VillageMD, compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. The selected candidate will be eligible for a valuable company benefits plan, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and access to a 401k plan.
