      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and support the development and implementation of new regional initiatives in higher education
      - Track and monitor the progress of ventures projects, ensuring goals and deadlines are met
      - Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Learner Success and Regional Ventures
      - Manage and maintain project documentation to ensure accuracy
      - Process purchase requisitions, expense reports, and approve timesheets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum seven (7) years of experience in administrative management
      - Minimum of two to three (2-3) years of experience in project management or providing administrative support
      - Proficiency in MS Office Suite products
      - Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in budgeting and financial management
      - Familiarity with higher education initiatives
      - Knowledge of project management tools such as Smartsheet
      - Previous experience in a similar role within the education sector
