      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and update project documents to ensure accuracy of timelines and statuses
      - Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, capturing notes, and tracking action items
      - Track deliverables for internal teams and vendor partners to ensure project success
      - Assist with logistical tasks related to contracting and vendor management during events
      - Provide real-time operational updates during events and assist with post-event reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management and procedures
      - Proficiency in event management and registration tools (experience with RainFocus is a plus)
      - Strong planning, prioritization, and analytical skills for managing multiple projects
      - Excellent interpersonal communication skills for effective internal and external communication
      - Ability to travel as required by the position

      - Experience with event management software and tools
      - Demonstrated ability to identify operational gaps and propose improvements
      - Agile mindset with the willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
