What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement projects as assigned by the Director of Professional Services
- Maintain communication with customers and internal departments regarding escalated incidents
- Address escalations from other departments
- Embrace innovative methods for implementing product and service strategies
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional services role with a focus on training and implementation processes
- Proven implementation experience with a strong emphasis on customer service
- Ability to communicate technical topics effectively to non-technical audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse individuals in various circumstances
- A valid Driver’s License is required for this position

- Experience in Healthcare, Senior Living, or Food Service industries
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and multi-task effectively
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including active listening
