      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Grade homework, writing assignments, quizzes, and reflection papers
      - Attend meetings with the class instructor to discuss grading criteria and expectations
      - Deliver graded materials ahead of course deadlines
      - Follow grading rubric instructions with close attention to detail
      - Work collaboratively with the class instructor to meet grading needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a current graduate student in good standing enrolled in a UW System institution
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Organized and enthusiastic approach to work
      - Ability to follow grading rubric instructions
      - Prior grading experience preferred but not required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in an academic setting, particularly in grading or teaching assistance
