What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contact students enrolled in the Google-NASH-USM Professional Certificates program to discuss their progress
- Document student responses and maintain accurate records of interactions
- Encourage and support students who may be struggling with coursework
- Provide detailed reports to management regarding student engagement and outcomes
- Meet regularly with management to discuss student progress and challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years of experience in student support, academic advising, or customer service
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to motivate and engage students in a professional manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and online reporting tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate Degree
- Familiarity with online learning environments or cybersecurity-related training programs
