      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls from individuals seeking information and assistance related to disaster relief programs and FEMA policies.
      - Provide guidance by explaining FEMA programs, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
      - Assess the needs of callers and determine appropriate courses of action.
      - Direct callers to relevant resources, agencies, or organizations that can help meet their needs.
      - Record detailed notes of each call, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with federal regulations.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
      - Must be a U.S. Citizen.
      - Minimum of 6 months to over a year of customer service, secretarial, or telemarketing experience required; call center experience preferred.
      - Customer-focused personality with a desire to help others and demonstrate compassion.
      - Moderate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish for higher pay rate.
      - Previous experience in a call center environment.
      - Familiarity with federal emergency management policies.
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult interactions.
      - Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
