      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls from individuals seeking information and assistance related to disaster relief programs and FEMA policies
      - Provide guidance and support by explaining FEMA programs, eligibility criteria, and available resources
      - Assess the needs of callers and determine appropriate courses of action to assist them
      - Address concerns and complaints raised by callers in a professional and timely manner
      - Maintain accurate documentation of calls, including inquiries and follow-up actions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or GED
      - U.S. Citizenship is required
      - Minimum of 6 months to over a year of customer service, secretarial, or telemarketing experience required; call center experience preferred
      - Customer-focused personality with compassion and a desire to help others
      - Moderate computer skills, including the use of MS Office applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish for higher pay rate
      - Experience in a call center environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex interactions
      - Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
      - Previous training in customer service best practices
