- Understand third-party plan submittals
- Observe and document construction activities for compliance with railroad guidelines and approved submittals
- Manage day-to-day correspondence with railroad clients in the field
- Initiate actions to ensure third-party contractors align with railroad safety and quality requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of railroad construction experience or railroad construction management required
- Valid driver's license
