What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide cost, schedule, and funding planning, reporting, monitoring, and analysis support to Program Managers
- Lead project setup in compliance with contractual terms and requirements
- Identify project risks and opportunities, providing analytical contributions to resolve them
- Monitor costs and manpower weekly, ensuring actuals are within budget
- Prepare accurate and complete variance analysis and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have an active DoD Secret clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Program Management, or a related field, or a High School Diploma with 6 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years of Program Control or related experience with a focus on Finance or Accounting
- Strong background working with multiple government contract types
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Expertise in Excel and overall MS Office suite
- Working knowledge of relevant software applications, including CostPoint and others
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Customer service focus
