      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage overall project/program cost controls and financial reporting for large-scale projects
      - Perform reconciliation of budget versus actual variances and identify drivers
      - Support and produce client invoicing as per contract requirements
      - Develop and present cost status and forecast reports to stakeholders
      - Facilitate and lead risk workshops, identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business, or Industrial Engineering preferred
      - Minimum of 6 years of project controls experience
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work across discipline teams and maintain confidentiality
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with Power BI

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - AACE and/or PMI Certification
      - Understanding of various contract structures and their implications on project cost
      - Familiarity with government contract reporting and FAR standards
      - Experience with JD Edwards or other ERP systems
      - Ability to obtain and maintain DOE Security Clearance
