Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Location: San Diego, CA
Job Duration: 12 Months on W2
Support project tracking – Budget against Actuals - coordinate leadership of weekly status meetings, monitoring and revising the detailed project schedule/plan, monitoring the team’s execution against it, and all necessary communications.
Maintain all proper/updated forms and deliverables i.e. Furniture standards, IT, Security, Environmental, move management, etc.).
Work cross-functionally with team members and stakeholders in other departments over the phone and by email. Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Teams, and other internal databases.
High attention to detail and follow up skills.
Great interpersonal skills and verbal/written communication skills.
Qualification
Highly analytical and Excel power user.
Experience gathering and providing construction project updates at a program level.
Highly proficient in MS Project. Results oriented, problem solver.
Ability to communicate and escalate project issues to management.
Highly proficient in managing weekly updates per project sites(s), managing budgets, issue resolution. Etc.
Past experience working with multiple stakeholders/highly matrix work environments.
Ability to aggregate weekly status reports and ensure all internal and contractor staff provide updates.
Ability to work with various internal systems to gather data.
Ability to provide consistent visibility on all active projects.About the company
